You'll need a valid driving license, government-issued ID (Aadhar card, passport, etc.), and one passport-sized photograph. For tourists, an international driving permit along with your passport is required. We also ask for a security deposit which is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.

Our rental price includes a well-maintained vehicle with full fuel tank, two helmets, basic toolkit, phone holder, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Insurance coverage and route maps are also provided. Additional accessories like saddlebags or GPS can be rented separately.

Yes! You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Modifications to dates or vehicle type are free if done 48+ hours in advance.

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, call our emergency hotline immediately. For minor issues, our team will guide you through or dispatch a mechanic. For major breakdowns, we'll arrange a replacement vehicle at no extra cost. In case of an accident, ensure everyone's safety first, then contact us and local authorities. Our insurance covers vehicle damage (subject to terms and conditions).

We also organize guided group tours with experienced ride captains who know the best routes, scenic spots, and local attractions. Guided tours include accommodation, meals, and planned itineraries. Yes, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license to rent a scooty or bike. For high-capacity bikes (above 500cc), the minimum age is 21 years with at least 1 year of riding experience. Age verification is done during the booking process, and we may ask for additional documentation if needed.
